Checking In

How to Check In

1. Arrive at Roble Field between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
2. Check in with Summer Session
   1. Students will proceed to Student Check-In.
   2. Guests will proceed to Family/Guest Check-In.
3. Residential students will need their Stanford ID card (SUID)* from Check-In to pick up their dorm room assignment.
   _{*Students must have an ID card photo uploaded by June 10 in order to pick up their ID card during Welcome Weekend.}

Late Student Check-In

Residential Students arriving on Saturday, June 21 between 4:30 and 9 p.m.

If you are a residential student arriving after 4:30 p.m. on June 21, either planned or a change in plans, late check-in to pick up your Stanford ID card is available at Wilbur Housing Service Center (658 Escondido Rd, Stanford, CA 94305) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on June 21. 

Commuter Students arriving after 9 p.m. Saturday, June 21 

Commuter students may check-in and pick up your Stanford ID card at Harmony House (561 Lomita Dr, Stanford, CA 94305) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, June 23. 

Residential Students arriving after 9 p.m. Saturday, June 21
